Pre-Construction Services
Proper planning ensures that the entire project goes smoothly. TMG is willing to meet the client or architect before the project is designed to consult on any topics that may arise during the building process. This often translates into cost savings by preempting any foreseeable problems and ensuring a cohesive plan throughout the project.

Construction Services
TMG offers complete Project Management and Field Supervision throughout the project, which includes a TMG employee on site full time, as needed. We encourage active dialog with our clients throughout the projects and provide the Project Manager, Field Supervisor and client up to date information so that everyone can be kept apprised of the progress.

Post-Construction Services
Upon completion of all projects, both the client and TMG’s Project Manager will complete a detailed project review. This is to familiarize the client with all aspects of functionality and layout of the new space as well as to ensure complete customer satisfaction
